To promote fine art and open the door to student achievement,
post-secondary school students will be awarded scholarships and grants
from the Foundation.
The awards will presented by LAF without regard to sex, race, religion, creed, national origin,
to worthy students of the visual arts based, in part,
on the recommendations from faculty of the school.
Mount Vernon High School: a $2,000.00 scholarship to a graduating MVHS senior interested in studying visual arts. Application closed April 19, 2024.
Sadly, we received no art scholarship applicants from La Conner High School and Sedro-Woolley High School.

La Conner High School: a $2,000.00 scholarship to a graduating LCHS senior interested in studying fine art. Application closed April 15, 2023.
Mount Vernon High School: a $2,000.00 scholarship to a graduating MVHS senior interested in studying visual arts. Application closed April 15, 2023.
Sedro-Woolley High School: a $2,000.00 scholarship to a graduating LCHS senior interested in studying fine art. Application closed April 15, 2023.

proceeds from art-related events.
